Where can i locate my order number?
Your order number appears in the confirmation email you receive right after placing your order. It is also included in the shipping email once the parcel is on its way. If you cannot find these messages, check your spam folder or contact support and we can resend it.
What happens if my order never arrives?
For assistance, email us info@letshome.store your order does not arrive as scheduled. We will work with the carrier to look into the matter.

What should I do if my item is delayed?
If for any reason the carrier delays your item, Letshome is not responsible. If your item is delayed, you should contact your carrier directly and clarify all the details.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps. Please email info@letshome.store .We will answer email within 3-4 hours during working/ business days.
When will you ship my order?
Order processing takes 1-3 days depending on workload or high seasonal demand.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
All orders are delivered within 7-14 days, depending on volume, seasonal demand, and holidays. Please note that Letshome hands over the goods to the carrier, and if the goods are delayed, we can only inform you of the current location and status of your package via the tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or the item arrived in poor condition, please send us a photo to info@letshome.store so we can confirm the item is defective and resolve your return issue. Please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order so we can investigate the issue.
Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered and include the original packaging.
Also, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit!
I've changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order 1 hours after placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund. All you need to do is email us at info@letshome.store to cancel within the time period.
When should I expect my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days, depending on banking operators.
What should I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you received the wrong item or notice any damage or defects, please contact us immediately at info@letshome.store . Please include your order number and clear photos demonstrating the issue. These images will help us assess the problem and find the best solution.
