If for any reason the carrier delays your item, Letshome is not responsible. If your item is delayed, you should contact your carrier directly and clarify all the details.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

All orders are delivered within 7-14 days, depending on volume, seasonal demand, and holidays. Please note that Letshome hands over the goods to the carrier, and if the goods are delayed, we can only inform you of the current location and status of your package via the tracking number.

What is the return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or the item arrived in poor condition, please send us a photo to info@letshome.store so we can confirm the item is defective and resolve your return issue. Please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order so we can investigate the issue.
Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered and include the original packaging.
Also, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit!

I've changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order 1 hours after placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund. All you need to do is email us at info@letshome.store to cancel within the time period.
